How do I pay for my order?
For orders placed on the website, you pay during checkout. We accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank transfer (BACS)
Card payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not see or store your full card details.
Delivery and VAT
Delivery is free on flyers, folded leaflets, business cards, posters and booklets. Other products may carry a delivery charge, which is shown at checkout. See How much does delivery cost?.
All payments are subject to VAT where it applies. Organisations outside the UK may be subject to different rates.
Paying in advance
We work on payment-in-advance terms with most customers. Production does not begin until:
- we have received your payment, and
- your artwork has been uploaded and accepted, or you have approved the print-ready artwork we sent you.
If both are in place after 12pm on a production day, production begins on the following production day.
Paying by bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer (BACS) in two ways: choose it at checkout, or pay against an invoice or quote we have sent you. If you are not sure how to pay this way, contact us. We do not begin production until the payment has cleared, so allow for this if your job is needed quickly.
Paying on account
Some business customers have Net30 terms by agreement. See Can I pay on account?.
