How do I get a VAT invoice for my order?

You do not need to ask. A VAT invoice is emailed to you automatically for your order.

If it has not arrived, or you need a copy, email support@printlogik.co.uk with your order number and we will help.

Your orders are listed in your account at printlogik.co.uk/account/orders, which is where to find the order number.

PrintPass orders

You receive a VAT invoice for every order paid for with PrintPass credit. There is no VAT on the subscription payment itself, so the order invoices are the ones a VAT-registered business reclaims from. See How does VAT work on PrintPass?
