How do I change my PrintPass plan?

You can move to a bigger plan at any time. You can move to a smaller plan from your next payment, once any minimum term on your current plan is complete. To ask for a change, contact us.

Moving up

• The new price and credit apply from your next payment.
• Moving up to Growth or Partner starts a new three-month minimum term from that payment.

Moving down

• The change applies from your next payment.
• If you are on Growth or Partner, the three-month minimum term has to be complete first. Starter has no minimum term after its first month.

Notice of the new payment

You are given at least three working days’ notice of any change to the amount or date of your Direct Debit payment.

Founding members

A founding member who moves to another plan gets that plan’s founding price and member discount, for as long as the subscription continues without a break.
